If you wish to return something that you purchased online at www.inboxkidz.com because the item you received is either damaged or wrong size or not what you ordered. Then you can follow two steps:

1.pls take a photo of faulty items and send us via Massanger, WhatsApp/imo number 01755714884 with described us briefly why you would like to return the item.

2.When the delivery man is there, check and return the product to him.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Online orders placed with Inbox will be delivered by steadfast, Pathao, Sa paribahan, Sunderbon, Korotoya, Jononi etc.

Please provide us with a physical address that is normally occupied during office hours. Please note that we will only deliver to a physical address, and no P.O. Box number/addresses. Our courier company quires that each and every delivery be signed and endorsed, as proof of delivery.
