SHIPPING INFORMATION

Online orders placed with Inbox will be delivered by eCourier Express, Pathao, Sa paribahan, Sunderbon, Korotoya, Jononi etc.

Please provide us with a physical address that is normally occupied during office hours. Please note that we will only deliver to a physical address, and no P.O. Box number/addresses. Our courier company quires that each and every delivery be signed and endorsed, as proof of delivery.

 

How much and how long does delivery take? 
Normal (standard) delivery takes up to1- 2 working days in Dhaka city. Plz refer the Shipping charge section as below.

Please note: Delivery times go into effect the working day after the order is placed.

Where can I find information about my order?
If you would like to determine the status of your order, you can do so through one of the following channels:

RETURNS

If you wish to return something that you purchased online at www.inboxkidz.com because the item you received is either damaged or wrong size or not what you ordered. Then you can follow two steps:         

 

1. pls take a photo of faulty items and send us via WhatsApp/imo number 01755714884 with described us briefly why you would like to return the item.

2. After received our return confirmation you may send the selected items directly to our INBOX office together with your printed invoice as proof of payment OR if availability we will asked eCourier collect the damaged/ incorrect product from you at our own cost.


Damaged or incorrect orders

If you wish to return something that you purchased online at www.inboxkidz.com because the item you received is either damaged, or not what you ordered, you can follow two steps:

1.  Return the selected item to our Inbox physical office, together with your invoice.

2.   If your complain meet our return policy we will asked eCourier collect the damaged/ incorrect product from you at our own cost.

 

3.  Thereafter we will send you right product right away to your address at our own shipping cost.
